Chimney Rock Wine Dinner at Ruth's Chris - July 17, 2025

Chimney Rock Winery, about 45 years ago, was created in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley to produce Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux Blends from their sustainably farmed estate vineyards.  Their wines truly speak of their place in Napa Valley history.  

Elizabeth Vianna joined Chimney Rock in 2002, after changing her career path from pre-med to winemaking.  To follow her passion and dream, Elizabeth studied under some of the best knows female winemakers, Celia Welch and Heidi Barrett.  Today, she is Head Winemaker and General Manager of Chimney Rock.
