Winemaker Notes
Our 100% barrel-fermented Chardonnay comes entirely from our Bliss Ranch. The fruit was hand-picked, in the early morning followed by an 80% whole cluster press. This barrel-fermented Chardonnay was sur-lie aged -- hand-stirred every two weeks -- giving this wine its rich and creamy texture. Aromas of pineapple, coconut rum, and toasted vanilla evolve into a lush entry of tropical fruit, which carries through the mid-palate with a long velvety tropical finish.
