This wine is the product of our passion for creating the best possible wines from one of the greatest grape growing regions in the world for Malbec: La Consulta in Uco Valley, Mendoza. The grapes were carefully selected from old vines (50 years old average), fermented in small concrete tanks and 30% aged 10 months in French oak barrels to obtain a balanced concentration of color, aromas, and fruit flavors.
