Winemaker Notes

The 2022 Garzon Albarino Reserva was one of Wine Spectator's Top 100 for 2023, and we think the 2023 is every bit as delicious as its predecessor.  Aromatic notes of salted almond accent the well-spiced hints of white cherry and gooseberry. The brisk flavors of a Macintosh apple, the richness of Macadamia nuts and a floral buzz all come together in a bright white for roast fish or just about any seafood dish. An excellent example of the Spanish varietal and as good as any from anywhere under $20.
