Scarpetta "Frico Frizzante" - 250ml Can

$ 1350

Italian Frizzante is just like Prosecco but a little less fizzy and can be made from any number of grapes. Produced in Friuli by Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Chef Lachlan Patterson, this 6oz can is made with Glera, Chardonnay, and Trebbiano. "Scarpetta" is the term for when you mop up your plate with bread because everything was so good. Frico is good too, and you can certainly drink a few cans at this price.

Flavor Profile: Medium-bodied, dry, fizzy. A blend of local tank-fermented grapes, Frico offers up stone fruit, apples, and floral notes. Crisp on the finish with just enough complexity. Pair with fish, appetizers, chicken, and cheese plates.
