Lini's wines are renowned for their signature freshness and classic dry character. Thanks to Fabio Lini's artisanal approach to sparkling wine production, their bright red fruit and berryflavors are balanced by juicy minerality. Their clean but lingering finish makes them an ideal pairing for a wide variety of cuisines.

The NV Rosso Labrusca lifts up with a decadent blend of ripe cherries, blueberries, sweet herbs and spice. This takes a turn toward the savory spectrum on the palate, as zesty acids and salty minerals enliven the tart wild berry fruits within. Violet florals resonate through the finale, along with hints of sour citrus that maintain lively freshness.
