Bouchard Pere & Fils 2021 Bourgogne Blanc

 Established in 1731, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of the oldest and most diverse Estate in Burgundy with approximately 130 ha (320 acres) of vineyards, the majority of which are Premiers and Grands Crus.

This wonderful white Burgundy is a pale gold with green accents in the glass. The nose displays expressive notes of citrus, white fruits and white flowers, and delicate woody notes. Full bodied, with citrus notes up front. A mineral wine developing notes of gunflint, white flowers, and vanilla notes. Vivid, dry, aromatic and fresh in the mouth with a pure and nice persistence.
