Here’s a pretty thing. Beaujolais Nouveau Rosé! It’s as youthful and fresh as a wine can get, with very subtle red fruit flavors taking a humble back seat to magnificent peppery minerals and zippy acidity. One of the most purely refreshing wines we’ve tasted all year, and of course made with Pierre Chermette’s exacting organic, minimalist standards.
