Primer Paso is our Arizona response to the alluring Cote’ Rotie-style. We’ve adjusted the recipe by substituting Malvasia Bianca for Viognier. 75% Syrah, 20% Malvasia Biranca, 5% Durif from Cochise Co., AZ.  This choice alters the role of Syrah in this blend. The bold, well sculpted, muscular red is now here to simply support his queen. The alluring, aromatic, and voluptuous Malvasia Bianca. 3350 ft. elevation.
