Mandolin Raleigh is thrilled to be hosting Venge Vineyards and its General Manager/Associate Winemaker, Jason Williams for their only wine dinner in the Triangle. The Venge family has farmed vitis vinifera varieties in Napa Valley for nearly half a century, and has become synynomous with excellence in California wines. The Venges’ progressive philosophies on farming and wine making have garnered them an impeccable reputation amongst winemakers and have resulted in glowing reviews of their wines from collectors and industry taste makers, alike.

Wine lovers should not miss this 5 course menu paired with some of Venge’s top wines: Maldonaldo Vineyard Dijon Clones Chardonnay, Scout’s Honor Zin Blend, Venge Zinfandel, Silencieux Cabernet and Bone Ash Vineyard Cabernet.
