The Chronology Red Wine unites Bordeaux and Rhône varietals in balanced harmony. Deep garnet in your glass, you are greeted with notes of black currant, violets, italian plum and hints of umami on the nose. From the first sip, you find notes of black cherries, blueberries, dried figs, baking spices and cacao nibs. Your palate will delight in the bright, rich, palate coating texture of the Chronology.
Pairs well with cassouolet or BBQ short ribs.
