Winemaker Notes

Medium to dark garnet colored wine has black olive and black cherry armas with mocha and vanilla from barrel aging. Medium bodied but richly textured, it shows the strength of Cabernet Sauvignon on the palate, yet with rich, choco-rasberry fruit thanks to extended hang time.

Grape Varietal: 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 6% Petite Sirah, 3% Malbec, 3% Petite verdot.
