Fournier Sauvignon Blanc

Fournier Pere & Fils is one of the Sancerre and the Loire Valley's top producers and their base Sauvignon Blanc for 2020 is absolutely stellar. In fact we thought it was better than many "real Sancerres" that we've tasted lately and HALF the price! Sourced and blended from their vineyards throughout the Loire Valley (mostly Tourainne) this mouth wateringly delicious Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, crisp, fruity white with sliced apple and pear character, medium body and a clean, crisp finish. Nice fennel, mineral and gooseberry undertones.
