A Junmai Daiginjo sake created to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Foo Fighters and the release of their 10th album "Medicine At Midnight". This HANSHO Silver was brewed while listening to the music of the Foo Fighters. The band's rock aspects inspired us to create a heavy and expressive flavor with a sharp aftertaste.
