Our Recolte Blanche is a beautiful Champagne produced from %100 Chardonnay grapes in the Cote des Bar. Vinified and aged in barrel for ten months, the balance of this "Blanc de Blancs"  will taste at its best if it is kept in a cool place out of the light. the ideal temperature to taste all of the complexity of this wine is between 50 and 55 degrees.
