Grapes for the 2017 Vintners Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon came from a small family owned vineyard in the Coombsville AVA. The Coombsville AVA is Napa's most southern AVA thus the region benefits from marine breezes coming off the nearby San Pablo Bay, as well as a long and cool growing season due to its location in the valley. This extended ripening period gives this wine its signature silkiness, unmistakable blue and black fruit and pronounced acidity.
