Ampeleia 2021 Unlitro Toscana 1L

 A beautiful project from Elisabetta Foradori using the grapes Alicante Nero (Grenache), Alicante Bouschet, Mourvedre and Carignano from Maremma. The wine pours a light ruby color with flavors of red cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate. Juicy flavors abound in this wine with some savoriness perfectly meant to complement casual meals, and perfect on its own. The wine always seems to find a perfect balance of crushable and complex.
