Deep, smoky nose with fine mirabelle and candied-lemon notes, plus a hint of fresh nuts. Rich and creamy, with excellent concentration, the chalky minerality building beautifully at the complex finish. Zero new oak and just 25% vinified in oak barrels. Drink or hold.

Linear and focused, exhibiting lemon, mirabelle plum, quince and apple aromas and flavors, with a lingering element of mineral. Balanced, if angular in style, with a hint of herbs on the finish. Best from 2024
