Slow, gentle pressing avoids crushing the stalks and pips to minimize extracting bitter flavors and tannins and is followed by slow, natural fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, generally lasting from four to 10 weeks. The nose shows apricot, brioche and a touch of fresh lemon. On the palate it shows pleasant acidity with apricot, honeysuckle and dash of spice tones, then a nice long stony finish.

Domaine Du Prince Costieres de Nimes Blanc - A classic Rhone varietal blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne from the town of de Nimes. Aromas showing Ample notes of tangerine, crushed rocks, flowers and crisp white peach soar from the glass of this layered, medium-bodied, classy and lengthy white that has both freshness and richness.

Domaine de Ménard Côtes de Gascogne Blanc - Domaine de Menard is situated in the tiny village of Gondrin in the Cotes de Gascogne and was founded in 1920. Originally consisting of 10 hectares, the estate really became established when Jean Francois' daughter Denise and her husband Jean Jegerlhener, took over production in 1960 and constructed a new winery to coincide with a major replanting of the vines. Today there are over 120 hectares supervised by Denise and Jean's daughter Elisabeth, a trained oenologist,  An award-winning wine , this is a blend of 70% Colombard & 30% Ugni Blanc.  A pale straw yellow in color, it features aromas of mango, pineapple and citrus fruits. On the palate, ample, fresh and elegant floral tones with tropical and citrus fruit flavors and finishing with a light yet waxy texture.

Ridgeback Chenin Blanc - The specially selected premium 15- and 40-year-old East-West facing dryland bush vines are grown in deep Oakleaf and Clovelly soils where the well-established root systems require minimal irrigation. This yields a  rich, complex wine whose flavors have only intensified with age (this is the 2014 vintage).  Rich, upfront notes of pineapple and orange blossom evolve to a fresh, juicy midpalate with hints of lemon zest and white peach lingering on the finish. This bold white will complement robust fish dishes such as Tuna or Salmon and work equally well with Roast Pork.

Foncalieu le Versant Viognier - Made with grapes from a selection of vines on the Languedoc hillsides offering the best orientation, each varietal proudly shows off its character in a nicely-balanced and elegant style. Showing a bright yellow color accented with green glints with an intense nose of apricots, white flowers and exotic fruits.  Strong and generous on the palate developing towards a notably smooth and fruity finish featuring light hints of spice (ginger) and mint.

Cote Mas Rose Aurore Rosé – “Rosé all day” season doesn’t end with the close of summer anymore and is  super easy with this 1 liter bottle from Languedoc wine-maker and grape grower, Jean-Claude Mas. A blend of Grenach, Cinsault, and Syrah, each variety is vinified separately, grapes are gently pressed and only free-run juice is used, often called “noble juice” because of its exceptional quality. A perfectly pale pink color offering upfront aromas of iris, lavender and laurel that complement the raspberry and strawberry-hull core. The fruity palate is bright and refreshing, with ample acidity and just a hint of orange blossom on the finish.
