Asahi Brewery Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo Nigori 720ml

Daiginjo means that at least 50% of the rice grain has been polished away.  Showing aromas of fresh grape juice, cotton candy, and a hint of lemonade, this a lean, clean style of Saké.  The finish is light and elegant with a hint of anise.  Perfect with tempura, spicy and smoky foods.
