A universal style that is elegant and balanced. Aromas of pears and flowers and a palate of brioche, fresh almond, and toasted bread. Serve with fish and chips, beef tartare, or tiger prawns. A blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay.
